Fashion at People's Choice Awards (Part-1)

Red and white were the most popular colours at the 2012 People's Choice Awards. Click on to see who wore what.

Parineeti Chopra looked great in a white Anita Dongre gown with a chikan-work skirt and cut-out back. Her choice of footwear left much to be desired.

Madhuri dazzled in a red Manish Malhotra anarkali with multiple borders. Her hairstyle and large earrings went well with the outfit.

Also in red was Sameera Reddy. Sam walked tall in a red number with a knee-high slit. She accessorised it with a pulled back hairstyle, golden peep toes, large earrings and an animal print bracelet.

PC flaunted her legs in a light-blue strapless lace dress with streams of lace hanging along the hemline. The nude peep toes were a mismatch though.

Kareena looked statuesque in an asymmetric white gown. The pulled back hairdo, red lipstick and nail polish added to the look.

Hema looked resplendent in a festive saree and ethnic jewellery. The grey clutch looked a tad incongruous.

Sagarika looked colourful in an Aztec-print gown by Surily Goel. We saw Sarah Jane Dias wear something similar at a spa event. Notice the Bottega Veneta clutch that she is carrying.

Kat loves Barbie Doll frocks and for good reason. She wore one to this event too and was a stunner all the way.

The usually sloppily dressed Ms.Kapoor wowed this time in a red Grecian gown.

Zarine oozed feminine chic in a pretty strapless gown with an aquamarine green skirt and mirror-work bodice.

Joining the white brigade was Poonam Dhillon. Poonam looked graceful in a white saree adorned with bling. She matched it with delicate diamond jewellery and a silvery grey clutch.

The 'Dehradun Diaries' actress looked doll-like in a green ethnic number.

Bhagyashree dazzled in a lovely embroidered saree which she teamed with a trendy choli. She managed to find the perfect jewellery and clutch for the saree.

Rakhee decided to leave her itsy-bitsy clothes in the closet and turned up in a multiple-bordered bright yellow anarkali. The loads of bangles added to the ethnic quotient.

The champion boxer looked elegant in a multi-hued ensemble.
